2 .upkeep service: supplier will answer the questions about the products with telephone or writing form momentarily,
and send personal for present service when necessary. In the after-sale service center of technical department, there are professional engineers to receive telephone from customers ,so as to solve problems and provides technical support and service in time. when customers use products.


3.updating and improvement service: when the product updates or software version upgrades, supplier will inform and help buyers to update in time and provide new software version for free., so as to make customers’ system be in the most advanced and perfect position.
